Fruitful – Screenprint Edition

Following interest in the Fruiting lithographs exhibited through the Edinburgh Printmakers Shop, the Grove House Hotel commissioned a series of prints for display in their guest rooms. As the original lithographs were created on stone that had since been repurposed, exact reprints were not possible.

To echo the aesthetic of the original series while allowing greater control over the process, Fruitful was developed using a combination of screenprinting techniques and hand drawing. This adapted edition offered a new interpretation of the initial work and presented a welcome creative challenge.
