This pasta workshop is set up in response to Susan Aldworth’s current exhibition at Edinburgh Printmakers, Belongings.
The session uses pre-made dough to consider how recipes are shared and hold significance to identity, family histories and social interaction! Working with dough, you will be shown how to make patterned pasta; for this, we will consider the work in Aldworth’s exhibition. Considering the shapes and marks which appear in the work.
The pasta will then be gathered together, cooked, and served for a relaxed meal.
Book your space through Edinburgh Printmakers. Please note this workshop concludes in a communal meal which contains gluten.
