Join us for a relaxed and creative printmaking session using recycled Tetra Pak cartons! We'll begin with a warm welcome and a chance to chat and get to know each other before diving into this accessible at-home printmaking technique.
You'll have 5 minutes to explore mark-making on a practice plate, getting a feel for the tools and materials. Then, with guidance and support from artist Carla Smith, you'll work through the process to create your own unique print design.
There will be a selection of images and magazines available for inspiration, but feel free to bring along your own images or sketches to work from. Please note we’ll be working to an A6 scale for our final prints.
This is a great opportunity to learn a simple yet striking technique—perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike!
Suitable for all abilities.
Each group will have its own online gallery page where they can download and share all the digital work they create.
All equipment and materials included.
Students will receive digital prints of their best work.
